ELIZABETH BAKER JILLIAN ELLIOTT (GUIDE) At the age of 16, Elizabeth was diagnosed with Stargardt's disease, a juvenile form of macular degeneration, which led to the loss of her vision. This did not stop her determination and motivation to compete on a world scale. The proudest moment of her career was representing the USA in the debut of para triathlon at the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. Elizabeth is a two-time World Triathon Para Cup medallist, seven-time World Para Triathlon event medallist and Tokyo 2020 will be her second Paralympic Games.
