LOC Structure
The structure of the Edmonton LOC is that of a registered Not-For-Profit company with a
volunteer board of influential professionals who provide governance and oversight to an
experienced management team. The City of Edmonton has two representatives on the board, a
City Councilor and the Citizens Services General Manager further cementing the City's investment.
The Management Team has a full-time staff of 6 that will expand to 15 fulltime and 10 part-time for
a period of 6 months for the Grand Final. The management will be further supported by about 50
volunteer committee members heading up various functional areas.
