CLOSING CEREMONY
For the Closing Ceremony a gala awards banquet will be hosted by the City of Edmonton
and the LOC at the Shaw Conference Centre and will include ITU and Triathlon Canada. The
banquet guests will be National Federation and Congress delegates, local dignitaries, sponsors,
special guests, athletes, coaches and Technical Officials. The Age Group medal ceremony will
be part of the program and will be conducted in accordance with ITU protocol. A plated served
meal will showcase the local culinary prowess and will be an experience not to be forgotten.
The Closing Ceremony will be concluded with dancing and frivolity to the tunes of some of the
best artists in the west.
HALL OF FAME
In 2014, Edmonton was home to the inaugural
Hall of Fame celebration, and in 2019 the City
of Edmonton and the LOC are committed
and prepared to host the latest Hall of Fame
celebration.
