DEDICATIONS
The international triathlon family recently lost two
incredible members of its community with the pas-
sing of Jackie Fairweather Gallagher and Laurent
Vidal.
Jackie was an ITU World Champion, Hall of Fame
nominee, board member, high performance
manager, & coach. Laurent was a two-time
Olympian, multiple-time World Cup champion, coach,
& later served as the Athlete Representative to
the Executive Board.
Not only were they themselves champions, but
as innovative coaches and dedicated triathlon
ambassadors, they fostered pathways for others
to achieve greatness.
They both left us far too soon, but we will endeavor
to carry on their work making our sport the greatest
sport. We remember all those in the triathlon family
far and wide who left us this year.
