World Triathlon Technical Officials: Total Certification Japan (127), Spain (90) and Canada (83) are currently the leading National Federations with most officials across all three certification levels. Japan, Spain and Korea have the highest total number of certified male officials, Canada, Spain and Australia with the most certified female TOs at the end of 2020. World Triathlon Technical Officials: Certification Level 1 Japan boasts the highest number of World Triathlon Level 1 Technical Officials (91), followed by Korea (80) and Brazil (54). In terms of certified women, Canada has the highest number ahead of Korea and the Dominican Republic in second and third place respectively. In the Gender Equity category, Israel, Mauritius, Botswana, Luxembourg, Bahrain, Namibia and Slovenia all have an equal number of men and women with Level 1 certification. World Triathlon Technical Officials: Certification Level 2 Japan (39), Canada (28) and Great Britain (22) now have the highest numbers of certified Level 2 officials in the world, with the top two also having the most male TOs at that level, China in third. Canada has 12 women at Level 2 certification, Brazil and Spain 9 apiece, while the Gender Equity list at Level 2 sees Peru, Argentina, Sweden, Norway, Venezuela and Mauritius all with equal numbers of male and female Technical Officials. World Triathlon Technical Officials: Certification Level 3 New Zealand has the most Level 3 TOs with 6, ahead of Canada, Great Britain and Spain (5). Hungary, New Zealand and Spain have the highest number of certified male TOs at the top level (four), while Canada shares the first position for certified women with Great Britain and New Zealand (two).
