ATHLETES' BIOS - WOMEN ROC ANASTASIA GORBUNOVA A former U23 Aquathlon World Champion back in 2016, Anastasia Gorbunova made her World Series debut a year later in Yokohama. The 27-year-old scored her first World Triathlon Cup podium in Weihai that same year, and most recently finished 7th in Huatulco to help secure a spot at Tokyo 2020. A regular in the Russian Triathlon Federation Mixed Relay team, Gorbunova will have two shots at glory as she makes her Olympic debut in July.
