NIESCHLAG
Germany's Justus Nieschlag heads to his debut Olympic Games having
made just one start since October 2019, when he finished 30th in the WTCS
Hamburg World Championships. A two-time World Triathlon Cup winner,
Nieschlag is a powerful cyclist and fearless runner, and while he will be
hoping for a memorable individual performance in Tokyo, it could be as part
of the German Mixed Relay team that he will pin his most realistic hopes of a
medal.
