JESSICA TUOMELA MARIANNE HOGAN (GUIDE) Jessica Tuomela has competed in the visually impaired category since 2016 and became Duathlon World Champion a year later in Penticton, USA. The Canadian won her first Para Triathlon World Cup in 2018 in Magog, and followed it up with a home win at the World Para Series race in Edmonton just two weeks later. Jessica won the 2019 Tokyo Paratriathlon World Cup, part of the Test Event for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. Jessica has previously competes in the Sydney 2000, Beijing 2008 and Athens 2004 Paralympic Games, representing Canada in para swimming.
