CHRIS HAMMER Chris Hammer is no stranger to the Paralympic Games, competing in the 1500m and marathon at London 2012 as well as para triathlon at Rio 2016, where he finished just out of the medals in fourth. Now at Tokyo 2020 he has a chance to hit the podium and will head to Japan full of confidence after having produced a sparkling display at the inaugural WTPS Leeds in June to outrun Yannick Borseaux in the closing stages. Born with one hand, he took up triathlon in 2013 and now coaches a college women's team in West Virginia, USA.
