AHMED ANDALOUSSI 20 years after a car accident robbed him of the use of his legs, Ahmed Andaloussi won his first French national para triathlon title, kick-starting a distinguished career at the top of the wheelchair category of the sport. A first Series podium came on the Gold Coast in 2017, swiftly followed by a first gold at the prestigious Para World Cup Besançon, and the Tokyo Games were soon the target. Silver at the Test Event in 2019 will have further fuelled the Frenchman's confidence as he looks to challenge for the Paralympic medals in Japan.
